Memofix Batch Verify: Lot Codes, the Safety Seal and Matching Your Order
Lot MEM-26/GO-3537 and CoA reference MEM-3537-26-GO are reference codes the seller supplied. They are not lab proof, and we have seen no lab report behind them. On your bottle, read the lot number and best-before date on the base, and check the safety seal before use. To match a bottle to your order, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID.
The codes
What do the Memofix lot and CoA codes mean?
Lot MEM-26/GO-3537 and CoA reference MEM-3537-26-GO are reference codes supplied by the seller. They are labels for a batch and a document, not proof that a lab tested anything.
A lot number groups bottles made in the same run. If a problem ever turns up, the lot tells the maker which bottles to trace. That is useful. It says nothing about purity or strength by itself.
CoA stands for certificate of analysis. A real CoA is a lab report with test methods, results and a date. We have a reference number for one, but we have not seen the report. So we treat the code as a pointer, not as evidence.
We print both codes so you can quote them to the order desk. We do not claim they show lab testing. For what is and is not known about testing, see Memofix testing and quality.
At a glance
Which Memofix codes and marks can you check yourself?
You can check six things on the bottle and one by phone. Each one tells you something different.

|---|---|---|---|
| Lot MEM-26/GO-3537 | Seller reference | A batch name you can quote | Lab results |
| CoA reference MEM-3537-26-GO | Seller reference | That a certificate is on file with the seller | What the certificate says |
| Lot number on the bottle | Base of the bottle | Which run your bottle came from | Whether it matches the seller code |
| Best-before date | Base of the bottle | How long the maker expects freshness | Anything about strength |
| Safety seal | Under the cap | Whether the bottle was opened | What is inside |
| Supplement Facts panel | Side label | Five ingredients, amounts per 2 capsules | Independent test results |

On the bottle
Where is the lot number on a Memofix bottle?
The lot number and best-before date are printed on the base of the bottle. Turn it over in good light. The print is small, so a phone camera zoom helps.
Write both down, or take a clear photo. You will want them if you call about a problem or ask for a refund.
The front label should read "MemoFix", "Extra Strong Formula", "Dietary Supplement" and "60 Capsules" under a brain-outline logo. The side panel should list the same five ingredients shown on the Memofix Supplement Facts page.
A bottle that looks different is worth a call before you open it. Labels can change between runs, and the order desk can tell you if yours is current.

On arrival
How do you check a Memofix bottle when it arrives?
It takes about two minutes per bottle. Do it before the first capsule.
Look at the outer box
Note any crushed corners or wet spots. Keep the carton until you finish the check.
Check the safety seal
Remove the cap. The seal under it should be whole and firmly attached.
Read the base
Find the lot number and best-before date. Photograph them or write them down.
Compare the label
Match the front and the Supplement Facts panel with the transcript further down.
Look at the capsules
They should be dry and whole, not stuck together or cracked.
Keep your order email
The order ID in it is what the order desk asks for first.
Safety seal
What should you do if the Memofix safety seal is damaged?
Do not use the bottle. The label says so in capital letters, and the rule is there to protect you.
"DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING."
Take photos of the cap, the seal and the base. Put the bottle aside, closed. Then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and the lot number from the base.
Keep the packing box until the call is done. Damage in transit is easier to sort out when you still have the carton and the shipping label. Delivery details are on the Memofix shipping page.
By phone
How do you match a Memofix order to its batch by phone?
Phone the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. It is the only contact that can see your order and compare it with the bottles shipped.
Have these ready before you dial:
- Your order ID from the order email
- The email address you used at checkout
- The lot number and best-before date from the base of each bottle
- Photos, if the seal or label looks wrong
You can also write to the sales inbox at [email protected]. The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders, so it cannot match a batch. All desks are listed on the Memofix contact page.

Why it matters
Why is a Memofix reference code not lab proof?
A code can only point to a document. Proof is the document itself, with a lab name, test methods and results.
Supplements do not need FDA approval before they are sold (FDA, Supplement Q&A). So batch testing depends on the maker's own quality system. A certificate you can read, from a named lab, would tell you much more than a reference number.
What the codes do
Give you and the order desk a shared name for a batch and a certificate on file.
What they cannot do
Show that the capsules contain the listed amounts, or that they are free of contaminants.
If a readable CoA is ever supplied to us, we will describe what it shows. Until then, the codes stay labeled as seller references.
After the check
How should you store Memofix once the bottle checks out?
Store it the way the label asks: "Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness." Close the cap tightly after each use.
A kitchen cabinet away from the stove works. A bathroom shelf does not, because shower steam adds humidity. A hot car is the worst place of all.
The label also says to keep the bottle out of the reach of children. Use the bottle before the best-before date on the base. If you order a larger pack, open one bottle at a time and keep the rest sealed.
FAQ
Memofix batch verify FAQ
Is lot MEM-26/GO-3537 a lab test result?
No. It is a reference code supplied by the seller. It names a batch; it does not report a test.
Can I read the Memofix CoA?
We have only the reference MEM-3537-26-GO, not the report itself. Ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 whether a copy is available.
Why does the lot on my bottle differ from the seller code?
Bottles come from different runs, so the number on your base may differ. Call the order desk to confirm it matches your order.
Where is the best-before date?
On the base of the bottle, next to the lot number.
Can the website email check my batch?
No. That inbox cannot see orders. Use the phone line or the sales email.
What if the capsules look damaged?
Do not take them. Photograph the bottle and base, then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID.
