The bottle
What is printed on the front of a Memofix bottle?
The front carries four lines: the MemoFix name under a brain-outline logo, "Extra Strong Formula," "Dietary Supplement" and "60 Capsules."
"Extra Strong Formula" is a product name. The label gives no test or standard that defines "extra strong," so treat it as branding. The real strength sits in the panel on the side.
- Deep plum label with lilac circuit-board lines
- "Dietary Supplement" printed on the front as the product type
- Capsule count on the front: 60

Serving
What is the Memofix serving size?
One serving of Memofix is two capsules, and a bottle holds 30 servings. Under FDA labeling rules, the serving size is the most the label recommends at one time (FDA, Labeling guide).
| Serving size | 2 capsules |
|---|---|
| Servings per container | 30 |
| Capsules per bottle | 60 capsules |
| Days per bottle | 30 at the label dose |
| Listed weight per serving | 1,030 mg of active ingredients |
| Weight per capsule | About 515 mg of active ingredients, plus fillers |
All amounts on the panel are per two capsules. Half a serving gives half of each number. The how-to-use guide covers timing around meals.
Amounts
How much of each ingredient is in a Memofix serving?
The BCAAs make up just over half of what the panel lists. The four other ingredients share the rest.
| Label line | Amount | Share of total | Strength stated? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Branched Chain Amino Acids 2:1:1 | 540 mg | 52% | Not needed: a pure amino acid mix |
| Bacopa Monnieri Extract | 200 mg | 19% | Not published |
| Rhodiola Rosea Extract | 100 mg | 10% | Yes, 3% salidroside |
| L-Theanine | 100 mg | 10% | Not needed: a single compound |
| Panax Ginseng Extract | 90 mg | 9% | Not published |
Shares are rounded. For what research used for each line, see Memofix ingredients.
What is missing
Which Memofix extract strengths are not stated?
The label gives a strength for rhodiola only. Bacopa and ginseng are listed as "extract" with a weight but no marker percentage.
That matters because herbal extracts vary. A bacopa extract is usually judged by its bacosides, the compounds studied in memory trials. A ginseng extract is judged by its ginsenosides. Two 200 mg bacopa extracts can hold very different amounts of bacosides.
At 3% salidroside, the 100 mg rhodiola extract holds about 3 mg of salidroside. That kind of detail lets you compare one product with another, or with a study.
Bacopa: bacoside level
Not printed. Memory trials used standardized extracts, so an exact match cannot be confirmed.
Ginseng: ginsenoside level
Not printed. The plant part and extraction ratio are not given either.
How to ask
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask whether the brand can share the extract specifications.
This gap is common in the supplement aisle, and it does not mean the extracts are weak. It does mean you are trusting the brand on quality. A label with all three strengths printed would make the dose comparison on our ingredients page firmer.
Daily Value
Why does the Memofix label say "Daily Value Not Established"?
Every Memofix ingredient carries a dagger that points to "Daily Value Not Established." That is normal for herbs and single amino acids.
Daily Values exist for vitamins, minerals and a few nutrients such as protein and fiber. Herbal extracts and amino acid mixes have none, so FDA rules call for that footnote (FDA, Labeling guide). It does not mean the amount is unsafe or unknown. It means there is no official target to compare it with.
Memofix contains no vitamins or minerals, so no line on its panel shows a percentage. If you take a multivitamin, nothing on this label adds to its totals.
Origin
Where is Memofix made, according to the label?
The label says Memofix is "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" and made in an FDA registered facility. The herbs themselves may come from abroad.
FDA registered facility
Registration means the plant is on FDA's list. It is not approval of the product (FDA, Approval myths).

A code the seller uses to match orders. It is not a lab certificate. See batch verify.
The label shows no third-party testing seal with a named lab. Our testing and quality page explains what the badges do and do not prove.
Caution
What caution and storage lines are on the Memofix label?
The label prints one caution paragraph and two storage lines. Each is quoted word for word.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
- "KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN."
- "DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING."
- "STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE." Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.
A bathroom cabinet gets steamy, so a kitchen shelf away from the stove is a better spot.
Checklist
How to check that your Memofix bottle matches this label
When your order arrives, compare the bottle against the panel above. It takes a minute.
Look at the front

Read the panel
Five lines, 2-capsule serving, 30 servings. Rhodiola should read 3% salidroside.
Check the seal
Do not use a bottle with a broken or missing safety seal. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID instead.
FAQ
Memofix Supplement Facts FAQ
How many capsules are in a bottle of Memofix?
Sixty. The serving is two capsules, so each bottle holds 30 servings.
Does Memofix use a proprietary blend?
No. The panel prints an amount for each of the five ingredients.
What is the bacoside content of Memofix?
The label does not say. Bacopa is listed as a 200 mg extract without a bacoside percentage.
Is the Memofix capsule gelatin?
No. The label lists hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a plant-cellulose capsule.
What does "FDA registered facility" mean?
The factory is registered with FDA. That is not the same as FDA approving the product (FDA, Approval myths).
Does Memofix contain vitamins?
No. The panel lists herbs and amino acids only, so no line shows a Daily Value percentage.
